The Manager, Branch Business Banking Sales is primarily responsible for leading the Branch Business Banking team across the BOKF network.  You are also responsible for the growth of the Branch Business Banking book of business, as well as, the Business Banking product partnerships with other Lines of Business across the BOK Financial branch network.

The Manager, Branch Business Banking Sales is primarily responsible for leading the Branch Business Banking team across the BOKF network.  Responsible for growth of the Branch Business Banking book of business, Business Banking product partnerships with other Lines of Business across the BOK Financial branch network. Responsibilities also include oversight, partnership and accountability for the infrastructure partner area projects that impact Branch Business Banking.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • You will manage, direct and supervise the work of the business experts and team leads, determine work priorities, interview and recommend candidates. You will include oversight, partnership and accountability for the infrastructure partner area projects that impact branch business banking.
  • You will evaluate, orient, counsel and train subordinate personnel. You will be responsible for consistent coaching of branch business banking sales process to improve branch business banking results. This position will manage partnerships with consumer banking, business banking, treasury and other partner groups to deliver business solutions across the BOK Financial branch network.
  • You will assist with enterprise projects and initiatives, such as new products and programs, to assist the growth of small business banking solutions across the BOK Financial footprint.
  • You will participate in community and professional activities in order to enhance bank’s image and expand personal network of business contacts for development of new business.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting and 8 – 10 years work related experience in business or commercial banking with supervisory experience in a multi-state or multi location environment; or 15+ years of equivalent work related experience.

  • In depth knowledge of Business Banking, Commercial and Consumer products, process and policies
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of financial statement analysis, sound lending principles and loan structuring documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare and deliver persuasive oral and written reports and presentations; ability to communicate with senior level management, regulators, and executive officers
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, relationship management skills and sales prospecting skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent problem solving skills
